Jeff is busy developing the travel company WWW.TRIPIAN.COM and was spending a busy 2 days travelling between Lisbon and Porto. He was looking for a relaxing afternoon and evening and a tour along the coast between Lisbon and Sintra, with Portugal Tours 4 Two, did just that. He loved sitting on the Paradao at Estoril drinking a beer as the sunset, the driving along the coast past Guincho and the Cresmina Dunes, finishing with delicious food and music at Dom Quixote. It was a beautiful evening to watch the sun set and enjoying beautiful Portugal. 5***** GOOGLE REVIEW
Perfect Way to see a more diverse side of Portugal. Having been in Lisbon and Porto on business, and not having the time to plan my own tour to explore a little more of Portugal, I contacted Iain to see if he could accommodate my schedule on the 1st open day that I had available. Iain was amazing, once we confirmed the date, he worked with me in the days leading up to it, checking on my timing, as well as confirming what I was interested in seeing and experiencing. The day of the trip, I met up with Iain at the specific time and place we agreed on, so there was no stress or worry leading into the day. The trip was fantastic, the other reviews pointed out, the locations that Iain took me to were the out of the way views, the rustic spots where you have your own space and time to let it all sink in. In terms of company, Iain is the perfect guide. He's talks when you want to, and leaves you to your own as well. Very comfortable, as he was more of a travel companion than a tour guide. It's a long review, and I don't think I have done the experience justice. Portugal Tours for Two (or One in my case) is a highly recommended experience.

Allytra and Carlos had only spent a few days in Lisbon but found the hills quite exhausting and the city busy with tourists. They were looking for a relaxing day and that is what they git when they booked their coastal tour. They loved being by the sea drinking coffee in Estoril and really enjoyed a leisurely lunch at Dom Quixote, especially the Pao com Queijo!! It was great to meet them, they were alot of fun, and they loved Portugal and it's beautiful sites. 5***** GOOGLE REVIEW
This tour was incredible. IaIn was extremely organized and thoughtful. He sent a detailed itinerary for our approval prior to the trip. He made changes based on the experience we wanted. We had the most relaxing day cruising the coast, exploring beaches and experiencing the most amazing views. We stopped for a delicious lunch at a tucked away restaurant with more amazing views of the ocean. Book this tour for an informative, beautiful and relaxing day trip. IaIn also suggested restaurants and other activities for the remainder of our vacation. Iain is the best! Rose and Gerald booked a sunset tour to show them the area around where they were staying. Our first stop was Cabo da Roca with the sun shimmering on the sea before they were able to take a walk through the Cresmina dunes, walking directly towards the setting sun with the hills in the background. Then it was time to get out the sparkly, sit on an almost empty Guincho Beach and watch the sunset before their eyes. Once the sparkly was finished it was a trip to Praia das Macas, Azenhas do Mar before returning to accommodation. What a great way to enjoy an amazing Portuguese sunset. 5***** GOOGLE REVEW
Iain arranged the tour itinerary to meet our interests, showing us beautiful beaches and views of the coastline near Cascais and Azoia. The car was clean, and we enjoyed a beautiful sunset on a beach almost all to ourselves on a busy holiday. 5 stars! Anne and Romney are taking their time to explore Portugal with a view to moving here. It was great fun to take them along the coast visiting places like Estoril, Cascais, Guincho & Cabo da Roca. They enjoyed the walk from Estoril to Cascais along the seafront; loved the opportunity to spend time on the rocks at Guincho admiring the mighty Atlantic Ocean; enjoyed a delicious lunch at Dom Quixote (who wouldn't); waved to friends back in the USA from Cabo da Roca and finally spent time walking the Cresmina Dunes, even with shoes off...... and the sun shine all day long. Perfect.....! Iain's tour was a highlight.of our first visit to Portugal! After picking us up from a convenient location to our lodging, he treated us to a fun and sun filled day riding up the coast, walking on the boardwalk at Cascais, and exploring preserved landscapes and dunes along the coast. We enjoyed a coffee and conversation on the way north, and we dined tapas-style at lushly landscaped restaurant. Try Iain's suggestions for lunch and you will not be disappointed! We stopped for photos at the westernmost point of continental Europe and waved to family and friends back in the USA. We also stopped by the casino in Estoril where Ian Fleming got inspiration to create James Bond. As promised, Iain customizes each tour to his guests' preferences, and makes good suggestions for those like us who are too new here to know what we should see —- the word 'bespoke' is now part of my vocabulary. On the first day Jackie booked a Coastal tour that explored the coast road from Lisbon to Azenhas do Mar, including Estoril and Cascais. Although she loved the ocean she felt Cascais would be to busy and wanted to explore somewhere further north. On the second day, she booked a bespoke tour. We travelled to Leiria, Marinha Grande, Nazare, Obidos & Caldas da Rainha. Jackie just loved the beauty of the countryside and coastal roads. The day helped her decide on an area she would like to move too and next stage is to return for a longer period. THINKING ABOUT MOVING TO PORTUGAL? The tour took us through some amazing scenery and along coastal roads with amazing views. It really helped me to narrow down the places I would like to search for a property in. Iain was very friendly and knowledgable throughout and helped me to gain a good understanding of life in Portugal. If you are planning on moving to Portugal, I would highly recommend that you book a bespoke tour with him. - Google It was fun to be able to gt Manjusha out of the city and explore the coast of Portugal. She was good company and spent time sitting on the pier near Tamriz beach listening to the calming sounds of the waves. She also explored the souvenir and boutique shops in Cascais and went home from the tour loaded with goodies for people. I had the best time with open car drive and beautiful locations and history 5***** “I had done this tour as a solo traveler. I wanted to see as much of Lisbon (and near) as possible and this tour accomplished that. Everything was arranged to perfection and I had enjoyed myself from the beginning to the end. We went to beautiful places that I will never forget. I would recommend this tour to anyone!”
A last minute tour resulted in me meeting Dorothy, an American lady travelling solo in Portugal. She was looking to get out of the city and find some time in the hills of Sintra and the beaches of Cascais. The coastal tour was perfect for her and allowed me to highlight the key beaches and places to eat. She even enquired about the cost of a sunbed and parasol on Tamariz beach and found it cheaper to buy a cheap beach towel and parasol, which she did, an then spent the next day asleep on the beach!! I had a wonderful sunny tour drive. A convertible no less! Starting in Belem and heading through Cascais and continuing to "the roca" and through the beautiful national park - a walk in the sand dunes included . And then dropped at the steps of my hotel in Sintra. Iain was so flexible to make it all work and there was lots of wonderful information and personal tips along the way. I would recommend !! It was a fun day with Richard and Frank, beginning at Queluz palace, exploring the coast along to Azenhas do Mar and finishing with a visit to the grand Mafra Palace. They particularly enjoyed exploring the palaces and also lunch at Bar Moinho dom Quixote. They showed a lot of interest in Portugal and life here and it was a pleasure to share the wonders of Portugal.  5 ***** review
