GENERAL INTRODUCTION
At PORTUGAL TOURS 4 TWO we won't use your email, phone number or any other information you provide to us for any other purpose than the one which you originally gave it to us for. That is to send out details including tour schedules, tour arrangements and answers to any questions. We will not ask for any other information such as date of birth, home address, bank details or other key data that can be used to identify you.
SHARING OF INFORMATION
Your personal details will not be shared with any other company or business, however it may need to be disclosed when required by law wherein such action is required to comply with judicial proceedings, court orders or legal processes.
SECURITY
Access to emails is password protected and any personal details in these emails. Following the tour information will be deleted.
PAYMENTS
Payment should be made through a secure payment link prior to the tour departing. This link is emailed one week before the date of the tour. Smaller cash payments may be possible on the day with agreement of the operator.
The cost of the tour will be indicated in the confirmation email. This may be subject to change if the itinerary changes to include further travel distances or additional activities.
CANCELLATION
If no payment has been made you may cancel a tour without having to pay a fee.
If payment has been made and a request for cancellation is received before 7am on the day of the tour, the full cost of the tour will be refunded minus a €10 administration fee.
If payment has been made and a request for cancellation is received after 7am on the day of the tour, 75% of the fee will be refunded.
ACCESS TO DATA
You can request to see the data we hold on you at any point, and you can also request deletion of your data at any time. In order to do this, please send an email to [email protected]
